Breathe Him In

Introducing Breathe Him In, a women’s Christian stretching class where we use our mind and body to center our soul on the Lord through intentional moves. God wants us women to live our lives in peace and our goal is to help you enter into the peace of God through stretching.

This will not be just a class full of stretches:

• We will speak life over ourselves
• We will have a great time connecting
• We will build each other up
• We are excited to stretch with you

Did you know that stretching can increase your energy levels, improve mental health and calm the mind? We’ve created a class that combines all of these things with Christ.    This will be a time where we agree with the truth in God's word bringing healing to our bodies as we move and speak life over ourselves. Being surrounded by the ocean brings a great deal of clarity to hear the voice of the Lord, spark creativity, and energize our bodies. That is why we decided to bring this class outside to the beach.

ABOUT INSTRUCTORS:

Takiyyah and Saidah are sisters from Los Angeles, Ca who enjoy the beach, encouraging other women, sharing about the Lord, and taking random excursions around LA. Since we were younger we’ve always loved doing things together, except for cleaning (for Saidah) so we are excited to embark on this new journey together with Breathe Him In.

DIRECTIONS:

After you park, follow the Via Marina street down to the ocean and we will be on the right hand side of the first life guard tower.

PARKING:

There is coin only meter parking.

There is limited street parking, so rideshare is suggested.
