1st week done and I am down 8 lbs. Hallelujah!!

It was a challenge trying maintain the same routine on Saturday and Sunday while going out with family and friends. But I only gained 2lbs, but I am still motivated because to be at 210 lbs while eating such an improvement for me.

Cellulitis is a common yet potentially serious bacterial infection of the deeper layers of the skin and underlying tissue. It typically causes redness, warmth, pain, swelling, and sometimes fever or flu-like symptoms

The bacteria enter through a cut, insect bite, ulcer, or even cracked skin due to eczema or athlete’s foot.
